Refund and Returns Policy

  • Returns or exchanges on any products are offered for a period of 21 days from order date.

     

  • Any potential return must be initiated within 21 days from date of purchase and proof of purchase is required from the customer.

     

  • Any approved return MUST be accompanied by our Return Goods Authorization number (RMA #).

     

  • The item(s) the customer wishes to return must not have been used or installed and must be in new condition.

     

  • All Returned items MUST be returned in its original packaging with all instructions, literature, hang tags in new condition.

     

  • Items are non-returnable if they show signs of installation, or have been used. This includes Helmets, Jackets and other apparel that has been “test driven”. Please make sure apparel items fit by trying them on in the comfort of your living room.

     

  • Return items that have damaged or incomplete packaging will be subject up to a 50% restocking fee.

     

  • The manufacturer’s warranty applies in all events as the primary warranty policy. We will help facilitate the warranty policy offered by the manufacturer. We do not warranty any item out side the policy set forth by the manufacturer.

     

  • Please make sure all items returned RMA#, all packaging/ instructions and in a proper shipping box (if received in one). Shipping labels placed on product packaging can cause damage and will result in restocking charges.

  • Returns are at the customers expense in cases where the wrong item was ordered in error or the item is no longer needed.
  • Items marked  Closeout can not be returned as they are special priced end of collection items.
