How do I qualify for free shipping in Canada?

•Orders over $99.00 before tax are eligible for free shipping to most locations in Canada.
•Remote and rural locations do not qualify for free shipping - Contact us to request a quote on shipping to your location.
•Heavy and Oversize items are excluded from this offer. Feel free to contact us regarding these oversize items and heavy items to confirm shipping costs to your location. Fill out our contact form or use our live chat.
•Express shipping is available on most products for a fee of $19.95.
•We have made every effort to have accurate shipping information, but our shipping carriers often make changes to their rural and remote areas policies. Orders with shipping delays or additional charges will be at the discretion of the company but we will make every effort to contact the customer before shipping.

Who do you use for shipping?

Our primary shipping companies are Fedex Express, Purolator and Canada Post depending on weight, item, and destination.

I did not have a shipping rate returned for my postal code?

This maybe due to the following reasons: total shipping weight is over 100 Lbs, over sized item or your postal code is in a rural area and will be subject to additional charges.  Please contact us with a: list of item(s) and quantities, your phone number and your full physical address including postal code so we can provide you with an accurate shipping cost to your location.

How long does it take to ship my order?

If all items in your order are in stock we strive to ship out within one business day.  Some items need to be transferred in from our central warehouse and require additional time (2 days on average).

Do you fraud check all orders?

We check every order for fraud! To reduce delays in processing your order please make sure your billing information matches that of your credit card.
