• Can be used on all motorcycles with the mount-nut and E-clip-style (OEM 59768-97 and Part #490045) on 1998 and later H-D models
• Comes with a plastic step washer that reduces the hole to a 1/4″ ID for early models with factory weld-in fender nuts
• Made in the U.S.A.
• Bracket replaces OEM #’s 51651-79 early and 51652-83B later style
